This is my right wrist.

I have strained it and have to wear this for a week, take anti inflammatory pills and stop playing guitar for a bit.... Pfffffffft!!!

Kinda hard when your in the middle of recording a new album and need to rehearse my guitar parts. Great timing eh?

Oh and can't wait till tomorrows return to work with this baby on.
