After a very late night :-/ morning activities woke us up with. King Swing was our first one and having temporarily taken leave of my senses I agreed to have a go. I don't do heights! Brilliant fun, can't believe I did it thought! The assault course was next and clearly that was not an over 40's activity, yeh right! Team challenges in the afternoon slightly less physical but mud slinging instructors brought a different angle to it! The evening was special, blessed by God. An amazing, powerful day.
