Crane on Black Lake

Beautiful late afternoon at Black Lake for photos of the autumnal trees mirrored in the lake and moorhens making perfectly circular ripples in the water, when this guy flew in... Missed the descent, alas (it was impressive) but he's a fine specimen when stationary anyway.
