Who do you think you are kidding Dr Beeching ?

I've seen a few blips of railways over the last week or so which prompted me to pop up to the old station in our village.

Closed as part of the infamous Beeching Cuts in 1967.

I wish they'd left it alone or at least left them in a condition where they could be put back into use quickly as the traffic here is dreadful.
