Mmmm sushi!

Homemade veggie sushi for tomorrow's lunch...and dinner too I reckon - seem to have made a bit much.
They're a bit squint and one has lost it's filling but am sure they'll taste the same as they would had I got the filling in the middle! First chance to use my lovely bento box too - yum!
