Lardo Colonnata

Birthday party part 1, dinner at a Focacceria. The birthday of a colleague's wife. She got a big group of people together, I would say 50+ for dinner and 25 for disco (part 2).
This is the Lardo Colonnata, pure fat basically, and surprisingly its good - melts in the mouth.
