Rain last night + bright sun this morning = blip opportunity!

I finally found the exposure compensation button on my camera but didn't go far enough and had to darken the highlights a little bit in Elements. I wanted to darken down that bright patch in the bottom left too but it just looked grubby when I tried the dodge tool.
