Heirloom

An old scent bottle.

I'm very wary of differential focus where only a small part of the subject is in focus and the rest is blurred. I maintain that it isn't the way my brain lets me see things.

I could have allowed more of the scent bottle to blur off into the distance but I didn't.

Perhaps I will try extreme differential focus tomorrow. If I am in an adventurous mood, that is.
