Autumn Treasure

Went for a walk in the botanical garden here in Gothenburg last week, and picked up this cone (that was a deep, saturated red at the time) with its seedy (no, not THAT type of seedy ;)) bird and squirrel treasures. It has since been sat on our dining room table, where it has dried out, taking on a really dark, almost black, red tone. The seeds really stand out now though, and that's why I bring you a selective colour shot. Weather is crap outside, so it was nice to have something easily blippable indoors!
