Winchester

We ran in our first American orienteering event today and it was good fun. We were in a forest just outside Winchester running two races with a long lunch break in between. Winchester is a pretty and quiet small town. Whilst we were in the cafe children arrived with their parents in the square and began painting the windows with Halloween pictures. I asked the family in my blip if I could take a photo of them as we don't have this tradition back home. Apparently it is organised by the local kids group and each child was given a medal for taking part. I thought it was a lovely family thing to do.
