Pica pica

This Magpie gets the vote today. Unlike the Magpies in the town which are very laid back (one sat in a tree next to me in Tesco's car park today and I'm sure it blowin' a raspberry in my direction) it's country cousins are very skittish. Getting any sort of capture takes a lot of effort so I was particularly pleased when the fella perched in my neighbour's apple tree (I was keeping a low profile waiting for my chance) because the colour combination gave the image a nice feel. One chance, one click and it was gone!
