First library

This is a statue of the Duke of Wellington which stands outside Glasgow's Stirlings Library where o had my first library job. I was a seasonal library assistant and worked for Miss Scott . She taught me how to shelve books properly and how to gently ask the homeless not to dry their socks on the radiators or sleep on the bay window ledges
