the quickest afters (that requires cooking) ever

2 sheets of filo pasty cust in half then quaters,

put in yorkshire pudding tins top with tesco frozen garden fruits and put in an over for about 10 mins ( a bit of apricot jam in the bottom 1st is nice but i forgot with these)

they are really nice served with fromage frias mixed with sweetener but we'd run out!
