If you run out of lighter gas or fluid in Istanbul, you are never too far from the nearest refill opportunity. In every other corner there is someone selling disposable lighters, butane refills and Zippo fluid among other things. This particular gentleman was running his business in the outskirts of the Grand Bazaar.
