Finally back on my feet after a week of being ill, and this is my first look at the outside world in several days. Have spent too much time on the sofa watching daytime tv, which is enough to make you feel sick anyway. The good news is that I feel much better tonight and even made it to my Japanese class so that I don't miss a week - then it would be too hard to catch up! At least we've got half term off next week so I will have a chance to try and understand what we've done so far and to learn those hiragana characters. So difficult!
