gods at olympus

Despite grim predictions, it was a bright sunny day. I walked along this sculpture on my way home. I think it symbolizes Greek mythology, mount olympus, clouds and Apollo's arrows. Perhaps someone from rotterdam can explain this. It stands next to the Blaak train station.
