Sustainable food
A waiter passes round a tray of canapes at a get together for the Sustainable Restaurants Association hosted by the Atrium in Edinburgh. They needed a photographer to take a few pics so I went along for an hour or so. I think it wasn't quite as well attended as the organiser hoped, but the organisation has really just started expanding to Edinburgh from its heartland in London and Brighton. Seems a good idea - if there (rightly) needs to be more and more labelling on food in shops then surely the same should apply to restaurants.
