Spaghetti Tacos

Tonight the menu was Liam's choice, spaghetti tacos, all thanks to an episode of iCarly. We thought we'd try it and Gary obliged and picked up the ingredients for this concoction. What I didn't expect was for Landon to try his Asian salad in the taco shell as well. What an interesting meal, but not half bad!

Lesson of the Day: When you want your kids to eat their dinner, just stuff whatever you make into a taco shell.
