just when the weather turned cold, it's back into the 70's today. yay for tootsie freedom continuing... boo for thinking i could pull out some sweaters i've been wanting to wear... so it is with where i live - rough huh? i shouldn't complain 'cuz soon enough real cold will be here to stay.

doctor appt this afternoon - had a miscommunication with my doc that turned into a major melt down and i ended up boo-hooing all over the place. i was so embarrassed! he was very kind and apologetic which is unusual, i think, for a doctor isn't it? typically they don't want to give you the time of day but he was patting my hand wanting to make sure i was okay...quite refreshing. i'm just tired of living with pain and it came out in tears. i'm fortunate and blessed he took the time....

and that neither of us are ice crystals.... but warm and feeling human beings...
