Muffins mk. II

My turn today after Mrs DP's efforts on Friday - definitely more muffin looking (Red - the others were more scone like). A bit of freestyle thinking had me cracking the surface with a knife a few times during the 20 mins cooking. Apricot and pumpkins seeds is the flavour today.

Tasting shortly after they've cooled down. Tomorrow's blip may be a hospital ward...
