Freezing Rapids

Today Calico and I managed another father daughter blip trip together. This time we brought two tripods which we failed to do yesterday leading to some consternation (we don't share well). I suspect that if the temperatures remain the same or continue dropping, these rapids will not be visible in a week or two. This is the Little Susitna River near the entrance to Hatcher Pass. Earlier today Calico and her mom visited their leased horse, Doc, while I checked out the new sporting goods store that opened in town. We also took Daisy for a walk on the two mile trail we blazed with the snow blower. We had Mexican food with some friends at a new restaurant. It kinda sucked. We all watched this weeks TiVo'd Survivor.
