A Late Flower

This gladiolus has just started flowering in a sheltered part of the garden. I do hope it doesn't get too cold for the poor thing before it has a chance to bloom.


This photo haven't come out as I had hoped. I've taken it through some intricate little twigs and flower heads - but they've become a little too blurry and not like a veil as I had hoped.
