An unfortunate succession of events

After a squash match that left me as good as dead, I was ready for cereals with milk for dinner followed by a fresh cocktail. But sometimes, the universe seems to be pulling pranks on you.

No ice on the refrigertor, things falling on the floor, drawers not fitting where they should and some other nerve-wrecking incidents left me everything but relaxed.

To top thing off, while seated with the cocktail finally prepared by my side, I almost turned it over, and spilled some drink over the floor.

More relaxed now, I think.
