Taken at almost exactly the same time of day as yesterday's sunlit evening shot, but this evening's photo was actually taken in the pouring rain.

My late father would invariably say of an evening like this, "I think it's going to get late very early tonight" - and would then draw the curtains of the house, making for a snug family evening indoors.
