Interesting day today, 5.0 quake at 11.32am that felt significantly larger. Being the leader I am, I fled from the building, although being fair, my new office is very close to the front door, and it was open, so what would you do ;-)

As a result, power was off for 20 minutes or so, and our internet was down for maybe 90 minutes due to a power fault. Lots of buildings sustained more damage or stock loss and were closed for a while. Good times, rock and roll!

Then ironically, I was off to meet our old landlord and negotiate the new building to be built on the site above. Yes, one week ago it was standing, now it's ready for rebuilding.

We came to agreement, sometime in early 2011, maybe April, we'll be moving in.
