Twice Brewed

The walking festival is over but life has continued to be hectic. This morning we had the "wash up " meeting to assess the success of the Festival. It was a very happy meeting!

Then I took my mother to have her MRI scan. She was very nervous because she is claustrophobic. The appointments were running 1 hour late, so we tackled the crossword as diversionary therapy.

This evening I gave a talk to a group of Masters students studying responsible tourism along with DC another of the volunteers. I was so tired by the end and blip-less. This map is on the wall in the Twice Brewed pub on Hadrian's Wall. People from all over the world visit here. The landlord has run out of pins so a new map will be going up any day soon. It's fun even it the photo is technically lacking. The notice says "Visitors since March 27th, 2008".
