nachos

Every week or so I make nachos. Nachos are probably our favourite thing to eat and, like roast dinner on Sundays back when I lived with family, it's always a bit of a special occasion when I make them. They're probably not at all like proper nachos made in America or whatever, but they're really fucking tasty. I decided to post this image instead of the finished product as this image makes them look healthy instead of a big cheesy mess :D
