Mince pies a go go!

Made my first batch of mince pies and thought I would make wee boat shaped ones this year as well as the more traditional round. They took me bloody ages, all fiddly and.. um.. boat shaped! Will probably freeze this lot to get out as and when needed and make some more tomorrow. Going to try my hand at Stollen now, one with marzipan and one with poppy seeds...
