We often have lunchtime talks at work. Today's was a bit special, though.

Jesse Jackson was in the building ahead of a big event we're holding this Wednesday. He talked about his childhood, seeing his dad treated like dirt yet respond with defiant dignity; about how the burden for economic failure is always born by those who did least to cause it; and how we should never "adjust to injustice". It was pretty awesome stuff.

I'll admit it - there are some perks to working where I do.
