Aurora Borealis

Aurora Borealis or 'Northern Lights' are more common in Scotland than most realise. Nipping outside of the bothy for a wee moment I was overjoyed to see a faint arcing in the sky to the north. Run back inside, camera onto the tripod, shutter release cable popped on and click......

Thirty minutes later and it was gone. Such are the vagaries of nature.
