Vijayadasami (delayed)

Market dynamics influence even the celebrations of Vijayadasami. It was celebrated all over Bhilai yesterday i.e., 17/10/2010 but in Hospital Sector it is celebrated today as the organizers want maximum crowd for their program they organize it a day later.

By the time I returned from work it was 6.00pm, so went there straight to click Mr Ravan with some daylight still on. Later revisited the place to take some pics of the stalls selling different items of interest for children.
