Where have all our Councillors gone!

Council Chamber of the Northamptonshire County Council, built in 1926 and other than the sound system and various paint jobs has remained the same since then!
Full council only 7 or 8 times a year albeit Chamber used for Committee and Cabinet meetings regularly.
Perhaps this can be described as the "lull before the storm" cuts are coming to the Council and the Councillors will be making their views known here in this Chamber. Sadly still not webcast so the numbers of public turning up is always very poor, I expect more soon!
