Replacing an old friend!

Many years ago, whilst still a single man, Bill spent most of his life in the great outdoors.
Rock climbing. mountaineering, skiing, hill walking, leading youth groups on camping trips etc.
His trusty Kelly Kettle accompanied him on all these occasions.

Whilst camping in Glencoe one weekend it sadly sustained a fatal injury.
Bill's pal Eck (Alex Agnew) reversed his car over it! Crushed to smithereens and never to boil water again.
To use an army acronym it was BER Beyond Economic Repair!

So..............we have just purchased a replacement and it arrived today.
Our morning cuppa was made in minutes outside in the yard.

Nothing tastes as good as a brew made outdoors after a walk in the hills.
