Jerk pork... yuumm!!

Today was my first day back at work. (I've returned to the company I worked for before I left Jamaica). It was a good but long day. I was supposed to finish by 4pm but worked till 6pm because I had to prepare a presentation for Tuesday morning at 9am (Monday is a public holiday) on the department I just joined. There were lots of new faces but several familiar ones as well so that was nice. For lunch I had jerk pork, fried breadfruit festival and plaintain. It was so good! When you come to Jamaica, these are must-haves! :))
