nearly 100 years old

I was given a paper to read today, discoloured old and very fragile, when I looked at the date wow 1911, genuine paper cost halfpenny and was all about a coronation, I read with interest not realising that the paper I was holding was historic, glancing through reading small articles, tales about kitchener I start thinking wasnt he around a long time ago then suddenly I realised that this paper is actually nearly 100 years old and I was now being very careful not to make any tears bigger as the paper was so thin as I gently glanced from page to page.
