A weekend with the girls

Twice a year we meet up - 'we' as in a group of girls that used to study together. It started three years ago when we all got together for Sara's 30th birthday; we hatched the idea of a bi-annual meet-up there, and have stuck to it ever since. We all studied here in Göteborg, where I still live, but some of the girls have since moved to other places in Sweden. This autumn it was Liza's turn to host our weekend, and so we all got to go to the south of Sweden, to Lund, to enjoy each other's company and catch up. On Saturday we went for a 5km walk in the gorgeous autumn woods outside Lund, chattering away, then we enjoyed some time in the sauna before we went home to Liza to cook a three course meal (so we'd have enough energy to keep chattering away ;)). It's been a perfect weekend, and I got to meet one new baby too, Linnea, whom I just backblipped, and also Astrid and Melvin (compare that pic to the one of him today... wow how he's grown!), both of whom I, obviously, have met before :)

Tomorrow I go to remove a wisdom tooth - apparently in the worst possible place, in the worst possible position, AND it's time for my 500th blip. Hmm, I wonder if a drug induced hallucinogenic one will do?!
