Not this boy, he's a teddy bear. Been out with my favourite rented 'status dog' this morning. I took some better shots of him but like this one of him 'acting the goat' as my mum used to say (is that an Irish expression or used elsewhere too?)

Unfortunately I forgot my step counter. Its the last day today and we have to post our results tomoorow. However, going by what I've been doing recently, I think I can pull together a reasonable 'guesstimate' . Two hours with Alfie this morning, a quick blast around the shop for papers etc, and hour and a half in the garden on a little autumn tidy up ... oooh, I'd say that's about 47,000 steps, wouldnt you?
