Lyttelton Harbour

Adam and I spent much of the day constructing our new greenhouse. It went well, and he was interested, thankfully ;-)

Late afternoon, 4pm actually, a friend and I headed out riding. It was my 4th ride in 5 days and to be honest it went pretty badly. Lacking in energy, sore back. I was wreck!

Having said that, fun to be out there.

Still 3 weeks until the race. Time to be training very hard!
