Wet Wet Wet today (and this has nothing to do with Marti Pellow), so our travels further north for Fish & Chips at the "World Famous" Mangonui Fish Shop, were rather sodden and made me feel as though I was home in England. The flat grey skies and constant rainfall scuppered my plans for stunning scenery shots and I decided that I would have to settle for an indoor shot.

The Northland, number 8 in the AA "101 Must-Do's for Kiwis" is the Hundertwasser Toilets in Kawakawa, a public convenience designed by the internationally renown artist and architect Frederick Hundertwasser, which has become a "must see" mecca for Hundertwasser devotees worldwide.
