Murmuration.

A sign of the onset of winter! Starlings from Europe join ours in the UK to enjoy a "milder" climate. Thousands were wheeling in the sky tonight before going out of sight, into the dusk to roost for the night.

A day starting with a cool bath as we seem to have run out of oil and ending with a very over heated meal due to customers keeping me back an hour beyond closing time. The Man had been good and put it in the oven before coming to colllect me. It should have been lovely for me to sit down to after a hard day!

Must remember to remove the charcoal from the casserole dish before we go off for a few quiet days in the caravan. I may have to drive around each evening to choose which lay-by gets the best signal for uploading blips!
