Race Food

Twin peaks race in Aber today - a near 12km race up the two local hills situated at opposite ends of the sea front. Hard race on the uphills with some tough local competition and muddy banks to contend with. Very hot day, felt drained by the end.
Finished in a fairly respectable 1hr 9mins (and 58s) I believe putting me just inside the top 10 women.
