A shadow of my former self

Well a shadow of me earlier today - which strictly speaking counts as the former me. Standing there wondering if there was anything to take a photo of, and the sun made a brief appearance, so I caught it.

Its been a mixed day, some periods of brief sun (caught above) and quite a bit of rain. Also out bowling with about 10 year 5-7 boys, the alley is filled with visual and auditory stimuli - encouraging you never to think I expect. Feeling a bit shell shocked after that.

So a contemplative picture to help calm the nerves.
