Cycad (Broodboom)

I bought this cycad about 3 years back and planted it in a pot but in would'nt grow so I decided what the heck I'm going to plant it in the garden. About three weeks ago I thought I must give this plant some iron plant food.

When I was in my garden I saw a lot of new shoots.

This afternoon while looking for a blip photo I came accross this surprise.
