I Scream, You Scream

Not sure why this was on the inside of the elevator. What does it mean? No clue. I kept trying to get a photo of it, but when the doors open, it goes away. And as the doors are opening, the image blurs. I didn't really try hard enough, if you want to know the truth. Made me want to scream! :)
