Cloister Walls

Busy day today with very few photos taken. Showed my elderly Auntys around Hitchin. Both English, one lives in France the other in Australia so both were reminding themselves how beautiful this country can be. These are the walls around the parish church or what is left after them. Interesting note, Oliver Cromwell once stabled his horses in the church over night and knocked the heads of all the statues.
