Spotting condors

After a short night rest, we took the collectivo to Quebrada del Condorito National Park. There, the guide of the visitors centre made us aware of the fact that there are two routes: one going down south and one north. After walking for an hour, the one north would take another 20 minutes, easy-style, whereas the one going south would require us to take a steap way down and up and to go back down and up again. This would take about 4,5 hours according to him.

Not sure whether we would have enough time to catch a collectivo back, we decided to try to take the long route anyway. If it would take a long time to go down, we could always return at the river and take the route north. After 1 / 1,5 hour we were at the top of the other side, not worried anymore about the time. In fact, after we took the road south, we decided to do the one at the north side as well. In the end, we were half an hour early for the collectivo, that never stopped. So together with other people who were waiting, we hitchhiked back to Cordoba, where we would catch our collectivo back to Buenos Aires.
