Nasturtiums

This was a flat grass-covered field six months ago. Then the council sent in workmen to dig it up and sort out some holes. Now it has a series of large mounds all over it and is covered with rough rubbly earth and weeds. Recently they had to dig up a very poisonous alien plant. I have seen courgette plants and tomatoes. Mostly it is riddled with tall ugly weeds whose name I don't know.

But amongst it all are some lovely nasturtiums. I just missed a late bumblebee flying off as I went to take this pic.
