Butterfly Kisses

Not much of a blip but found this book by Golden Books at the store today.

Since they were babies, my husband and my girls have this daily night ritual before tucking them to bed. They would say their prayers together and exchange Butterfly Kisses to each other.

But their Butterfly Kisses is somewhat different to the usual where two people put their eyes close to each other and flutter their eyelashes while blinking really fast and at the same time pressing one's face to the other.

Theirs is a symbolic blowing of the kiss with the hand as fingers wiggle like butterfly wings in a direction towards the recipient.

This video I am sharing with you will make you cry. I dedicate this blip to all DADS who happen to drop by today.
