Thermoecstatic......

.....the heating went on tonight....I'd forgotten how useful hot radiators are for drying the washing. I suspect Nancy's flat shoes have only a few days to go before being consigned to the cupboard and replaced by boots for the next 4-5months...I was shown new Fly boots on her laptop when I came the other night.

Disturbing start to the day when LLCoolJIm and I passed the site of the Caledonian Hotel suicide about 15mins after it had occurred this morning. The poor woman was still lying on the pavement with a blanket over her as we passed. I won't share the grizly details, but it wasn't pleasant......poor soul.

Had a small date drink with my wifey tonight, most pleasant.
