Orange salt?

Imagine my surprise when i opened this lovely big red ceramic jar of French salt to find that it's bright orange. It's infused with hot chillies. The info on the side made me snigger...
"It is in the wild Camargue's region, in the heart of protected areas, that is born the Salt of Camargue. This authentic salt, result of sea and land, is mature by the sun." hahahaha
Anyway it made the dinner taste good.
